Yoga came into my life 15 years ago to help balance dance training. I have found that this practice continually turns my world around. Through conscious and thoughtful movement, deep breathwork, and steady practice, yoga has opened my spirit to more freedom, self actualization, and deep empathy for others. Yoga has helped me to believe in things I never thought were imaginable such as managing anxiety and depression, overcoming a lifetime of self doubt and body dysmorphia, and developing a greater love for my queer identity. I am dedicated to anti-racist and anti-capitalist yoga practices that help me reckon with my own position as a listening and learning white accomplice. My teaching practice and love of learning allows for me to remain reflexive and inquisitive about my privileged body in space. I am interested in shifting the yogic landscape towards safer collective care and recovery, and using yoga as a path towards reimagining ways to be in relation to one another, particularly in this current time of collective loss and grief.

I am 500+ hour experienced yoga teacher with certifications through Pure Yoga (NYC), Sacred Sounds (NYC), Prema Yoga Institute (NYC), and Katonah Yoga (NY). My class is thoughtful, vigorous, and slow which allows for deep attention to alignment and great potential for self discovery. My class is also extremely playful, fun and, and joyful. We will work hard and sweat together.

Private Sessions

I am thrilled to offer in person private or semi-private sessions from my home or yours. My sessions are extremely personal, highly restorative, and tailored to your needs. We work slowly and thoughtfully together to create a safe and therapeutic environment. I specialize in pre and post-natal, injury recovery, chronic pain, and working with children, dancers, and folks with limited mobility. Through a blend of eastern and western modalities and consensual hands-on adjustments, my sessions can help regulate the nervous system and increase a sense of rest and ease. I would love to work with you.

To help increase the safety of these sessions during Covid-19, I regularly sanitize all shared props after use, maintain consistent hand washing and mask wearing, and am fully vaccinated.
