Yoga On-Demand

I have a full on-demand library of yoga classes to share. These classes include vinyasa, Katonah, restorative, yoga nidra, beginner, and post-natal, and range form 15-60 minutes. I add two new classes every Friday to the library. This service is wonderful to use when you cannot make it to a live class. I hope you enjoy.
